I read the mixed reviews for this product on here. anyway decided to buy this and thought it would be ok for the price. How wrong I was!! firstly delivery came 6 days earlier than predicted. Item was well packaged and each part was carefully wrapped up to cushion & prevent any transportation damage. Easy to assemble - took about 30minutes. only quibble I had was that the pictures of the screws were small and not as clearly labelled so I had to take extra care to make sure I used the correct screw/bolt in the correct position. Finally after assembly - i analysed to quality of the machine. Here I have to say I was surprised. It is a real solid build of very good quality. the only weak thing is the calorie counter & the cable for connecting this - again not an issue as long as you are careful & also they have this bar thing build over where the counter goes to reduce likelihood of damage. DVD/exercise instructions are good. but how does the chap on the dvd make each exercise look so easy - it's a laugh. this rower can be folded (well slightly anyway) for easier storage but will take up a bit of room. It's relatively heavy at 17kg so make sure you do not have to lug it from room to room everyday. Overall - a must buy for anyone after a rowing machine. It's good quality, does what it says on the tin and comes with the extras to use it for simple gym exercises as well (DVD says 15 uses for this I think)

I read a few mixed reviews about this so was a little pensive about buying it. My criteria for buying was: A rowing machine that could be folded up and put out of the way easily, that had a simple counter/timer and was under £100. This appeared to fit them all and looks good, to boot, so I took a chance on ordering. I am very glad I did! While this obviously isn't a top-of-the-line model, it is very sturdily built and easy to put together. You have to assemble some of it yourself, but it only took about 10 minutes. The assembly instructions are fairly clear but the parts list is almost incomprehensible! I read some reviews complaining of issues with the tension bands but I haven't experienced anything like that. I also read that some people have had trouble with it moving in use but again, can't say that's been anything I've experienced. In fact, I don't know how you'd do that unless you really overdo it. In use for me (I'm 5'11" and 14st/195lbs) it doesn't move in the slightest - it's absolutely solid. The bands provide a good tension (I have two of the three attached, currently) and I get a very decent workout from the machine. The only slight downside was that the counter/timer kept resetting but this was just a poorly seated battery and a little pressure in the right place soon sorted that. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with this little fitness machine.

The start: An excellent bit of kit for the price. It took me about an hour to put together, with a bit of scratching my head at times. The instructions aren't great but the pictures on the packaging are helpful. Just don't lose your cool when putting it together and be prepared to take your time. Why do all sports equipment manufacturers think we all have PhDs in construction? In use: Once I had the rower assembled, I hooked up the tension settings - which are really three bungee cords given a posh name - and it started working perfectly. The rower has three settings, which are easily adjustable. I'm slightly overweight and not super fit, and started on the second setting, then went after a week to the third. The machine feels solid and good to use. Pretty much like a gym rowing machine, in fact. I find it hard to tell the difference, for equipment costing £100s more. The results: A slow but sure journey. I'm using the rower 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each session, for just about 1 month now. I'm seeing some results - not huge, but feeling noticeable in terms of my upper body muscle definition. I have a budget cross-trainer as well, which gives me a more thorough work out but isn't as enjoyable to use as the rower (or as well built for the price). This rower feels like it is giving moderate exercise, not a gruelling work out - but the former is what most of us want. It's sustainable - I can see myself using the bike for months and not getting bored of it as a fad or because I'm knackered. The verdict: Buy it. I'm delighted with it. But what can I do about my pot belly?

Me llegó esta semana puntual dentro del plazo de entrega y estoy encantado por el momento. Quería comprarme una de agua pero antes de gastarme un dineral y para iniciarme me decanté por esta viendo los comentarios. El montaje rápido y fácil, el material por calidad precio es robusto y da seguridad. Aunque se pliega ocupa espacio, no la recomiendo si no tienes espacio en casa donde usarla y guardarla porque es bastante grande. Con 75kgs y 1'78 de altura me va perfecta, puedo estirar las piernas sin problema. He empezado directamente con los tres tensores porque los otros niveles me han parecido flojos pero es suficiente tensión para no necesitar más, mi mujer lo utiliza con 2 tensores. Si hubiera un cuarto tensor no podría con el así que más que suficiente a no ser que seas una máquina, para eso cómprate una más profesional. Se necesita una esterilla antideslizante yo la ponía encima de una alfombra normal y contra más le das, más se mueve hacia delante y acabas pegado a la pared con lo que tienes que levantarte y tirar la máquina hacia atrás, así que imprescindible algo antideslizante. Desde que me ha llegado estoy haciendo media hora diaria de remo, de paso aprovecho para escucharme un buen disco y a la que coges el ritmo desconecto totalmente. Al marcador no le hago ni caso la verdad, cuento repeticiones como siempre, pero parece va un poco a la suya. Notas como ejercitas tanto brazos, pectorales, piernas, abdominales y espalda, muy completo la verdad y más cómodo que tirarse al suelo a hacer abdominales o flexiones... Ideal para mí que llevaba tiempo algo oxidado, con algunos dolores de espalda y sin tiempo para hacer nada. Lo combinó con un poco de bici y buena alimentación pero muy contento con la compra y perfecta para iniciarse.

Très simple a monter malgré une notice en anglais. Peu encombrant pour ce type d'appareil. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Preis/Leistung ist super. Mag sein, dass es nicht so sanft rollt, wie die Geräte im Fitnessstudio, mich stört es aber nicht. Ist wohl eher ein Damenmodell, da man nicht unbedingt größer als 1,80 sein sollte. Dafür könnten auch die Gummibänder zu lasch sein.

Il vogatore è molto resistente, ben fatto e pratico. Il montaggio è stato semplicissimo. Il sistema ad elastici permette la variazione della resistenza. Facile da ripiegare. Alcune parti in plastica alla base degli elastici si sono staccate ma nulla di grave. Lo uso da 6 mesi e non posso lamentarmi, vista la cifra bassa spesa per un oggetto del genere. Soddisfatto

Reçu aujourd'hui le 13 janvier 2016. Comme prévu, l'envoi a été effectué dans les délais. Emballage : Très bien. Colis fermé par scotch et attelles. Toutes les pièces sont emballées séparément (carton + polystyrène). La qualité des pièces est au rendez-vous. Montage : Bien que la notice soit en anglais, le montage est facile en suivant les photos. Les outils sont fournis. Durée : environ 30 minutes pour un néophyte en bricolage. On ne peut pas se tromper en insérant les vis, donc même si on tâtonne un peu, c'est régler dans la demi heure. Utilisation : Facile au premier abord. Il faudra ensuite que je visionne entièrement le DVD fourni pour l'ensemble des exercices. Ne pas oublier que ce matériel est pour une utilisation de remise en forme débutant ou intermédiaire. En résumé : Bon achat pour le prix et la qualité. A recommander. Concernant le livreur (TNT) et qui ne concerne pas Amazon : la note est ZÉRO. J'ai dû me déplacer pour aller chercher le colis (environ 10 kg) car, à part laisser un mot sur la messagerie, le livreur n'a pas daigner appuyer sur la sonnette de mon appartement. Dans l'absolu, je n'ai pas été livré. J'espère qu'AMAZON se permettra de "recadrer" son prestataire.
