Whilst this is not the cheapest water filter out there, I do think it is far superior to others that I have tried. The quality of the water is excellent and the taste second to none. I would highly recommend. There was a previous issue regarding the length of time it took for the water to be filtered, though this seems to now be rectified and it is a lot quicker.

I've used many water filters in my life - especially living in Florida where tap water takes like swamp runoff. I must say, I was worried when going with Epic Water because of how expensive the filter is, but after using it I must say it's worth every penny. The water filters slowly and you can taste/see a massive difference. In the tap water where I'm living now, there is a chlorine and paraben taste in unfiltered tap water; the Epic filter removes these completely! The filter also lasts for months, so it's definitely affordable at the price.

Love this filtration system! Takes the nasties out including 90% of fluoride, which none of the UK household name ones I know of does. This one costs a bit more but is said to last much longer, seems very robust and does a far superior job. So far I am very impressed with it and thankful that I found this filter system as it's streets ahead of the others! Coffee & tea taste amazingly fresh using this.

Product itself is 5 stars. Have really enjoyed using it every day for a good year. Giving it 3 stars because the filter replacement price has increased so much in just 1 year that it’s now unaffordable which is disappointing. I now need to look for a replacement product

This is the best water filter there is by a long mile. Excellent credentials and certifications. Forget Brita which actually doesn't deal with any serious pollutants in the water. Water filtered with Epic tastes really pure and it noticeably improves the taste of drinks such as tea, coffee, lemonades. The capacity of filter exceeds all other brands offering excellent value for money. I had an issue with the jug and the Customer Service was SIMPLY SUPERB! Very kind and helpful staff resolved everything to my satisfaction. I absolutely recommend both the product and the seller. Thank you!

I have been using my Epic Water Filter jug for the past year or so. The filter absolutely cleans my tap water, as the filtered water tastes delicious, no metally or chemically tastes. I used to drink gallons of bottled water, but no more. Seems expensive, but lasts for at least six months.

Yeah it's very good imo. Easy to use ..Yes... It's not cheap but if you're replacing the filter every 3 to 4 months, even up to 5 to 6 months depending on usage.... The price really isn't an issue when it removes as much waste from the water that it does, you can't put a price on your health.

This is a repeat order of an excellent product.

Plus, Epic offers a 100% recyclable filter-return program. -Reliable certifications – It exceeds NSF/ANSI standards (42, 53, 401 & P473), so I feel confident about the water quality. A couple of small downsides: -Slower flow – It’s not as fast as a Brita filter, but honestly, that’s just the tradeoff for better filtration. I don’t mind the extra wait for purer water . -Plastic pitcher concern – The pitcher itself is plastic, which made me wonder about potential leaching—but my tests so far haven’t shown any issues, and the clean taste makes it easy to overlook. Bottom line: If you're looking for a filter that genuinely improves taste, removes a wide range of contaminants, and aligns with eco-conscious values, this is a strong option. It's a bit pricier than standard replacements, but the improved performance and sustainability perks are worth it for me.
