AKG Headphones, Headphones, Headset for Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, Black [eo-ig955]

Bought from Amazon, so I had nothing to fear that it would be fake. It sounds, straightforward out of the packaging, perfect! Sound: I like elevated bass by a small margain, not overblown but definitely there. These deliver, I would call them dark sounding with a sparkle, U shaped sound or V shaped. As you can maybe read the frequency graph they have quieter mids, but not that quiet that I can’t hear the vocals. The vocals blend well with the rest of the music. They are actually pretty well balanced, listening without any calibration. Someone said that out of over 200 pairs of IEMs he had the pleasure to listen to these were the best, I can totally share his opinion. Why? Because it’s pretty hard to find fun yet pretty well balanced IEMs. I, once I saw the frequency response graph of these knowing that I dig this kind of sound, even bought these for an iPhone! Yes, the volume controls don’t work, but I can start and stop music. It’s sad they didn’t do volume controls for Apple users too, as I’m already over the moon with the sound. The quality of sound also is really astounding, detailed, solid. Actually the microphone works with the new pair I received on my iPhone as the old was broken. It comes with three pairs of ear-tips, standard silicone ones, but actually hold well in the ears. The microphone is on the right ear-piece if someone is wondering. They are labeled right and left, was actually hard to find the labels. There’s no packaging to speak of, just foil. Don’t let these bad things fool you, it’s a very frilling ride nevertheless. Time will show how durable they are. Edit: Well something had to go wrong, it was too beautiful to be true. The durability is nonexistent. The sound is slightly quieter on the left earphone. Sometimes the sound morphs into mono. Well fun ride, fun ride. Edit 2: Received a new pair all is good, probably the one before was a bad pair. Stop/Play and microphone works on the iPhone.

Cant complain. They are decent for the price. Quality is decent and has lasted me a couple months with no real issues. Dont think they are original as the pair i got with my phone seemed better but these are still very good and would recommend.

Great to replace headphones that came with the phone. Button function with Android phone compatability means no more dragging my phone in and out of my pocket to change tracks or adjust volume. Mic is good quality too! Plus, who can argue with the price - would pay around £20 in stores for a similar product, which would likely break quickly given their lack of braided cable! Go on, treat yourself..

Bad sound quality! Not the real thing

Sound quality is great and fits snuggly in my ears that you barely feel them. I used to go through ear phones slot how these ones are lasting longer then the cheaper ones I have bought and are still going strong

This is the second time I have ordered these. They are a good product and hope Amazon will continue to have these ear buds at a good price.
