Seems to be very effective.
I have used this product for a little while but especially as cold etc.. are going round at the moment and it seems to be working well. It had been recommended by a friend and I am grateful to have found this product.

Flawed product and unhelpful customer service
I bought on of these which promptly leaked all over my waxed jacket in my suitace> So I bought another which did not properly spray and just dribbled down my fingers. If a company is unable to source item containers with a reliable spray function then I have grave doubts whether the product does what it says. Snake oi I should think. Customer Service at Birmingham biotech (the maker) hid behind anonymity, pomposity and unhelpfulness. In future I shall avoid this product and by Boots dual defence which has the same basic ingrediaent, spry reliably and is much much cheaper.
