Informative and interesting. I like the author's style as she has a way of explaining things in a clear and easy to understand manner. I particularly enjoyed reading the chapters on The Aura and Healing the Aura. I am new to crystal healing and look forward to working with crystals using the treatments suggested in the book. I also found the chapter on programming crystals with Reiki rather interesting.

Great Stepping Stone
This is a great beginner guide for people interested in learning about chakras or becoming interested in crystal energy. I read this cover to cover in about 30 mins. It's a pretty quick read since the words are big and book is thin. There are diagrams and pictures in the book to help further explain for visual learners. Although this book is informative it should be viewed as simply a stepping stone, you might consider more specific books on one subject at a time for a better understanding.

Si tratta di un breve testo introduttivo, semplice da capire e non esaustivo, ottimo per i principianti. Fornisce qualche esercizio utile e spiega le varie tecniche in modo chiaro e veloce. Ho apprezzato l'elenco dei metodi per pulire i cristalli. Consigliato a chi si è da poco avvicinato a questo mondo e vuole una sorta di visione d'insieme.
