Hi, I am not sure . Some need the semi synthetic others fully synthetic. If your manual says semi or fully synthetic go with that. There are semi and fully synthetic versions of the RedLine gear oil.

Redline MT90 contains friction modifiers to help syncromesh operation in Manual Gearboxes and particularly suitable for older cars with worn syncro cones (and is fantastic oil in that context). I suggest you refer to your manual of dealer, Opie Oils recommend Febi Bilstein 75w-85 GL5 oil BUT there are variants with X drive that may require LSD oil depending on type of diff in car.
