Ross Henery Professional 3 Piece Santoku Chef’s Knife Set in Wooden Gift Box with Built in Sharpener (Silver Handles)

(meant to write this long time ago) At first seems absolutely fine knives. Sharp, comfortable to use. But, unfortunately just 2 months later handles came off or got loose for all 4 knives. Water got in the handles and the just dripping out slowly whenever you use it. Absolute waste of money. So do believe for those bad feedbacks and ratings. They are not just people in bad mood complaining about them - they do warn you not to waste time and money on this. I chosed not to read those bad comments. My mistake. Hopefully you will be bit smarter than me ;)

Been using the knives for a while now and they're excellent. Occasionally, give them a quick run through the sharpener in the corner and they'll do a fantastic job. A word of warning for those with really big hands - you may find handle a little small and knock against end of blade.

Receieved the product the next day as it had prime delivery. Very sharp and good knife set, the handles have a little weight to it which makes it easy to chop whatever I am cooking. but one of the knife's handle had a scuff on it which made it look like its not brand new so I felt a little disappointed about the product which I bought thinking it would be brand new and well polished.

I bought this set to replace the chef's knife that I've used for years to slice tomatoes and smoked salmon after it finally broke apart between the shaft and the blade. Sounds indulgent but now this set gives me knives with holes in the blade in two sizes plus an extra all-purpose knife and a little sharpener in the box. Great value and highly recommended.

Especially Santoku knife is the best . All 3 knives are very very good quality, solid and easy to use.

Arrivés tranchants et présentant bien. A mon avis ne pas mettre au lave vaisselle pour éviter les déformations manche<=>lame. L'aiguiseur est très performant, je l'ai démonté pour le fixer sur le côté de mon buffet pour une utilisation plus simple.

The knives themselves are great. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is that when I got my package it was open just sitting there. The box was closed but the tape was cut and the tabs of the flip open lid were not tucked in. As I picked it up the knives almost fell right out of the box. This was the 1st time dealing with DHL might I add.

Set di 3 coltelli veramente carini, leggeri e con un buon filo; cosa da non sottovalutare. Arrivano in una confezione semplicissima, ma molto elegante e che si può tenere in vista, in legno, con un angolo che funge da affilatore; anche questo funziona egregiamente.

I manici dei coltelli sono incollati, e non monoblocco come avevo creduto. Oltre a cio', i coltelli sono leggerissimi (che non è mai una buona cosa in nessun coltello) e la lama si piega con facilità a destra e a manca invece di rimanere rigida. Lo spessore della lama del coltello grande e' di 1.42 millimetri sulla punta e 1.46 millimetri dalla parte del manico. Improbabile che siano adatti ad un uso professionale. AGGIORNAMENTO Li ho usati pochissimo e li ho sempre asciugati scrupolosamente, ma i primi segni di ruggine sono comparsi ugualmente.
