Perfect as long as you follow the instructions
Was a bit skeptical buying because of the reviews, however I followed the instructions included and I have had 0 issues. No burning, breakage or hair loss. I really like the fact it comes with a neutralizing shampoo to stop the relaxer working when you’ve washed it out and I was lucky enough for my pack to include a pre-relaxer conditioner, conditioner for after washing and hair lotion (which all smell amazing by the way). I’ll definitely buy those products to use because they made my hair feel amazing after relaxing.
