We have bought this tea before and we have purchased again because we love it and can’t be without it. It has a wonderful warm and spicy flavour and a small amount makes a superb cup of tea. We also like the ethical values of the company and are pleased to be able to support their work by buying this tea.

Incredibly good. Each individual spice pops. I lover the fact you can taste the black tea in the background... and I'm not even a fan of ordinary tea... the pepper is delicious the cinnamon and cardamom are clearly there. I have it with a couple of teaspoons of sugar and drink a large mug after a winter swim and its heavenly. Thank you.

Love the quality and flavour of this tea, tried Chai tea in a specialist tea cafe in Devon and wondered if I would be able to find anything similar, this is perfect. I will buy from Vahdam teas again. I drink it black and have bought a new glass tea pot with infuser. I’m hooked. Well packaged and very quick delivery.

Very flavourful mixture that packs a punch but maybe a tad overpowering for some. Good quality, well sealed to retain freshness. Pricey!

Lovely taste

I first received this tea as a gift from a friend—I love it! It’s delicious and warming and I especially like it in the evening at the end of a long day. Fantastic!

Just add to regular tea!

I have been a big fan of Vahdam teas since they were first launched on Amazon and was really looking forward to trying this one. I have always enjoyed the ‘Original Chai’ and was anticipating this ‘Double Spice’ to have a slightly better ‘bite’. Sadly, I have found this to be a LOT less ‘spicy’ than the original Chai. The tea is still of an exceptional quality, but the ‘Double Spice’ is certainly not evident in the pack I purchased. Considering I paid a premium for the ‘Double Spice’ over the ‘Original Chai’, I am disappointed and won’t be purchasing this particular one again.

I'm very fussy about tea. I have a reputation among family and friends far and wide for being picky about what makes a tea his or subpar. I live for a highly spiced, well balanced chai and so often find the options lacking. This double spiced chai is without question the best I've had in North America. My house goes through it quickly, and I recommend it to anyone that asks me for a well balanced black tea with something special. I wish there was an option to buy it in a larger bulk format with less packaging, but regardless I will continue to buy it every month. I also recommend this brand's earl grey. Do not bother with their regular chai, though the vanilla is decent. This is a premium product and any chai fan would be delighted with this as a gift

Te sientes mejor con solo olerlo. Muy rico. Es bastante caro así que no es para todos los días. Pero sabe maravillosamente bien con un poco de leche y te deja un sabor buenísimo. Lo volveré a comprar.

Che dire: è ottimo! Io sono una teomane, molto esigente, per di più. Questi tè indiani sono ottimi, ed arrivano accompagnati da una bella lettera di presentazione del giovane proprietario dell'azienda. Un tè fatto con amore, ed anche equo solidale. La confezione è semplicemente perfetta, da tè di gran lusso, ad un prezzo che lascia increduli. Lo consiglio a chi ama assaggiare anche dei tè un po' diversi dal solito. Questo tè secondo me è adatto ad accompagnare piatti di carne, curry, etc. Ho acquistato anche EARL GREY CITRUS GREEN, assolutamente paradisiaco per un'appassionata di Earl Grey come me, adatto anche alla prima colazione, per cambiare un po' dal classico English Breakfast, ma soprattutto divino per il tè del pomeriggio. Consiglio appassionatamente questi tè per le ragioni che ho scritto.

Excellent flavour Worth buying

Produit d’excellente qualité, introuvable à ce prix à Paris, dans n’importe quel magasin bio. Ne pouvons plus me rendre en Inde où j’achète d’habitude mon thé, j’ai testé toutes les marques de thés bio vendues en magasins , à un prix exorbitant, et je n’ai rien trouvé de correct. Ce produit ci est un vrai thé indien, et en comparaison des prix pratiqués en France, il n’est vraiment pas cher! Évidemment, en Inde je le paye dix fois moins cher et avec le labelle bio. La qualité du thé me semble bien supérieure à celle des magasins Mariages Frères que j’utilise parfois. Les épices sont correctement dosées. Personnellement, je fais mon masala -chai plus épicé. Je rajoute donc dans celui-ci un peu de gingembre, de poivre noir, de cannelle et de girofle, et j’utilise de l’eau qui a bouilli avec de la cardamome. On peut trouver, à Paris, dans les magasins indiens de Gare du Nord, des mélanges d’épices pour masala chai très acceptables pour 5/6 euros, mais encore faut il trouver du thé ! Et celui ci est vraiment de qualité. Je rachèterai uniquement le thé la prochaine fois, et je doserai mes épices moi même à ma convenance. Je recommande vivement ce produit à ceux qui ont coutume de consommer du thé en Inde, au Népal ou au Tibet, et qui comme moi, ne peuvent plus s’y rendre.
