This book really helped me and opened my eyes to a lot of things. It's not that I need to let go of a toxic relationship or friendship, but that I need to let go of bad habits! I definitely recommend this if you're looking to improve yourself ♡

Very bland - i bought this thinking it was Andrea Gibson because it was a sponsored book put in her list. Grrrr. All of the poems could be generated by ChatGPT. No sparkle. No nuance.

This book was wonderful. It actually made me cry, it made me reflect that I do need to self care myself than what I used to do for others. How I would be selfless for others but when it came to me it was never a first thought. I highly recommend this book for anyone who’s gone through past toxic relationships.. even if it wasn’t domestic. Toxic is still toxic. I absolutely loved this book, and it will be my guide in hard times.
