Not my favorite
I didn’t care for the scent (clinical/chemical). The shampoo doesn’t lather well, so I didn’t feel that it cleaned my hair well. I do think it made my hair slightly softer.

Leaves hair greasy
This leaves a film on my hair. It makes my hair feel so oily and even after it’s washed it still feels like there’s a coating on it.
