Is this product from a reliable source

It certainly is and I always use this brand because it is reliable

Does this product also deal with worms

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. This product only kills adult fleas, ticks, flea eggs and larvae.

Has anyone else found that theses pipets when applied with a gentle squeeze, explode in your face/hair/all over you?

No, not had this happen to me. If it happened to you, then look on the bright side: you won't have fleas for the next three months.

Can this work on small dogs?

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. No, this product is only suitable for large dogs (20-40kg). Please use FRONTLINE Spot On Flea & Tick Treatment for Small Dogs (2-10kg) or FRONTLINE Spot On Flea & Tick Treatment for Medium Dogs (10-20kg) depending on your dog's weight.
