According to AI I seem to have given myself "cell phone elbow". It recommended ice and a strap to help with pain. Thought i would try this one as it was cheap and delivered next day. Didn't really expect much but after a day or two moving it about to find best position it actually helped. Now I wouldn't be without it. Instead of a searing pain if I play a game a bit too vigorously, instead I seem to have a small niggle and, frankly, I can live with that. Now, the reason I bought this is because it was cheap. And honestly, from what I've read any of these types of bands work the same so there are only two considerations. Cost and quality. Well, quality is fine. Certainly, this will last long enough to become skanky and dumped well before it falls apart. Cost is the best I've found. In fact I'm going to buy a couple more to keep in stock because they are such good value and seem to work well.

Uts ok and does a good job when it stays where you put it, it does have a tendency to move around , especially when playing sports, probably worth saving g your money and getting one that grips better or has more of a multi- clamps fitment.
