Is this any good for golfers elbow??

Yes as long as you combine them with treatment for the golfers elbow I use ice, 3 times a day nod a regime of exercise and pressure points and wear the pads when working to elevate the strain on the tendons hope this helps

my arm measures 9.5 inch at the largest point. Will this be small enough for me? Thank you.

Good evening, The simple answer is yes. As the entire outer surface of the brace is Velcro, it can be reduced to a circumference of under 8 inches (20cm) and should be fitted around 5-10 cm below the elbow joint. Simply pull one end of the strap through the buckle as far as it will go, fasten the Velcro end and then pull the other end through its buckle as far as it will go so you can completely overlap the ends and fasten. This should provide quite a tight fit but obviously it can be adjusted for comfort. Additionally, if you want it even tighter, you can overlap the strap ends using a criss-cross pattern outside the buckles. I hope that helps but if you order one and find that it's not suitable once it's arrived, we do offer a full refund service. All the best David

Does this address the problem or just mask the symptoms?

It's been a tremendous help and symptoms have all but gone.

Up to what size does it fit?

I'm quite a small frame and have it pulled as tight as it will go. Anyone with skinny arms wlll be struggling for a good fit, but the straps look to me as if it will take up to 16 or 17 inches circumference which is pretty huge.
