Why isn’t Ayurdent suitable for kids under 6 if it’s all-natural?

Ayurdent is 100% natural but contains strong herbs and essential oils that may be too intense for kids under 6 with sensitive gums. However, there's a 'Mild' version available that's just as effective and safe for children to use.

What does the red mark on the tube mean if it's 100% natural? Why is there foreign language on the packaging?
