I use this to protect scale models. It's a good product that produces great results. Can be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I normally wait until it's on offer.

A Matte that is not all that Matte but easy to apply via Airbrush with thinner.
I needed a Matte Vanish that was good for acrylic painted models. While its not as matte as the paint it was just about ok. If you do not shake it well it will come out like a gloss, and with a shake its more like a dull statin. You do need a little paint thinner and then you can spray it with ease with a Airbrush.

Great varnish but not completely matt
The varnish is great and did over very nice but it has just that bit of shine to it. I'd really like it to be dead matte and this one is missing a few percent there, but if that's not an issue for you it's a great product.
