2013 Japanese pressing scheduled to include bonus material. Aniplex. Review: Hallelujah!! - This is an amazing soundtrack! It comes with 18 track, and is consisted of the beautiful score used in Kill la Kill! The content is a great experience and a must have for any true Kill la Kill fans! One thing I want to say though is that it doesn't come with any of the opening or ending songs, but that didn't bother me since the whole soundtrack is simply beautiful and amazing! I really recommend this to fans! Now Don't Lose Your Way and get this! Review: Amazingly amazing music! - Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Music itself is amazing. Everything from rap to a piano solo that will melt your heart to a fascistic march that will make you want to conquer the known galaxy (Lady Satsuki's theme--Darth Vader, move over, you wimp!). Such a variety of music from a single talented composer.

"Don't lose your Way" when Deciding to Buy this OST
A bit about the product First: The soundtrack takes the bits of music that you hear from Kill La Kill (KLK), anything from Satsuki's and Gamagori's Themes to some of the background music that gives the shows it's various vibes/atmospheres. In the front cover, there's also an insert which contains the lyrics to the songs in both English and Japanese (pardon me if I'm wrong). Also, the case itself comes as pictured (with the art of Honnouji Academy), and the disk itself bears a similar design, albeit in black and white. The music itself is a mash-up of instrumentals (the majority of the songs are, with it being a mix of theme songs/background music) with some other songs such as the iconic "Before My Body is Dry" and the less-well-known, "Suck your Blood". Buyer Quality: The Package was quite well wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a shipping sleeve/envelope; nothing fancy. However, the shipping speed was estimated to be about 2-3 weeks, and I received it in almost under 1. The product arrived exactly as described, and at the time was relatively cheap/competitive with the Aniplex website's pricing. Overall: I would buy from this seller again; however, I strongly advise if you are considering/"on the fence" about buying from this group, when a OST is first released, then I highly recommend you BUY IT THEN. The price for the CD now is about $45 USD, and originally it was around $30 USD when I bought it. As with most anime products, the price will become much more expensive over time (search Code Geass on Amazon), however this group seems to offer the products for a slightly more "affordable price".

Great Album
The songs on this album are amazing, the product is a little pricy but if you like the show it's worth it.

it was still very good though. I also found that I really liked ...
I got this because after watching the anime I needed to hear more of "Before My Body is Dry" and "Blumencranz". I think the edits of those songs in the anime were slightly different and for Blumencranz the different edit actually makes the song have a somewhat different feel; it was still very good though. I also found that I really liked the cheery "Light Your Heart Up" song even though I couldn't tell recall it from the anime. Many of the other songs are decent, from either an orchestral style or more of a techno style. Some of the songs have lyrics that are very literal to the plot of the anime like "I've gotta find out who killed my dad" and may have less appeal to anyone who isn't familiar with the show. The spoken words in the song "Suck Your Blood" out of context would probably elicit a reaction of "What the heck are you listening to?" because they'd be confusing and sound vaguely wrong.

Digital
See, here's the thing: I love this music and this composer/Artist is fantastic at it. I hope they can understand, if you always allow world wide Digital downloads, you will most likely get 5 times the sales you normally would with the CD, there are people discouraged from doing the CD buy because they're Across The Pond as they say. Me i'd do a CD here or there if i couldn't get digital but Having Digital availability is absolutely amazing to fans around the world where we can easily get music we love. Just food for thought.

Damaged case, awesome CD
I ordered this and it got shipped pretty quickly (astonishingly fast considering the Storms lately). and The hinges on the CD case were damaged but that's pretty easy to fix. Otherwise the CD's great and all of the contents inside were in flawless condition.

It is expensive, but it is worth it!
As I've said before, Hiroyuki Sawano is a master at composing anime soundtracks and his talent does not falter in this installment of Kill la Kill. I loved the anime and its soundtrack and I just had to buy it! I am a soundtrack collector and I can say that this one is pretty essential to own.

Some of the best music in anime. Kill la Kill was made with love, and throughout every aspect, it shows. Especially the fantastic soundtrack. It's a very worthy successor to Gurren Lagann.

„Before My Body is Dry“, der Opener des Albums, stellt z.B. gleichzeitig das Main Theme dar. Before my body is dry 02. goriLLA蛇L 03. 犬Kあ3L 04. Blumenkranz 05. Before My Body Is Dryを歌ってる小林未郁さんは150センチくらいの小柄な女性だそうですが、とてもパワルフでいい感じですね。
