MSI B250M MORTAR ARCTIC Intel B250 Chipset DDR4 M.2 GB LAN HDMI USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboard - Black

I got this for a G4560 Pentium build and it's a really nice board. Bios is easy to work with/set up, the little manual is short but tells you all you need to know and the board has, so far, worked flawlessly. The built in Wi-Fi works well and the sound is very good (especially the HD audio). I went to the MSI site to download the latest drivers/software set ups rather than install from the supplied disks. In the box you get a quick start sheet, a small manual, two set up disks, two Sata cables (right angled on one end) and two Wi-Fi antennas for attaching to the designated board connectors. I don't see any reason that building your own mini-itx machine should prove too troublesome to anyone if they want to use this MoBo. Recommended.

Not really well educated all all the technical parts of motherboards, but i can say it looks really nice and it works. It feels really premium and it fits perfectly in the Fractal Node 202, the bios is really user friendly and easy to navigate, i like being able to change the speeds on my CPU and Case fans. One thing i’ve found though is that all the temperature monitoring software i’ve used is reporting the temperature of the motherboard wrong, all at around 100-130c which i can confirm it is not as the bios said 35c so if you open a temperature monitoring software and see those numbers don’t panic like i did! Haha Overall though great board really happy with it

Really great motherboard. Highly recommend this component if you're building anything from budget up to enthusiast. Only 2 case fan pins though, so if you'll have more than 2 fans you'll need a splitter. Other than that, I can't particularly think of any cons. It's fairly future proof too with a USB-C port. It'll last, and it'll last well.

Suberb board that makes computer assembly "relatively" easy. The EZ Debug lights make fault finding simple and the manual is written as clearly as possible. Currently run a i5 7600K (7th gen) with 8gb of Corsair Vengeance RAM and it score 7.9 and 7.2 on the Windows experience. PLEASE NOTE: If like me you wish to run a 7th gen Intel Processor you MUST use Windows 10 operating system.

Very impressed with this little motherboard. Proving to be nice and solid, nice features and also came with a nicely designed plate for the back, not your usual bland plain aluminium look.

Great budget option for a b250 mb. Only has one gpu and 2 ram slots but will fit the needs of most like myself. All cables fit easily whilst remaining secure. Easy to use bios with both advanced and easy options. Very happy with this product. Like i say, if you only need one gpu and of course are not interested in overclocking your processor- then i see no problems arising.

Good motherboard, working nicely since I bought in Jan 2017, the msi software is good and keep updating , good choice.

Does what it says on the tin, and does it well. I will eventually make use of the M.2 slot when I have enough money. Be aware this motherboard doesn't have any HDMI (something I didn't check before I bought it)!

The best board for gaming. It has almost every I/O including usb type c. And mystic light support makes it stand alone at this prize.

Cette carte mère est capable de très bonnes performances si elle est associée à de bons composants (CPU, RAM, SSD). J'ai utilisé cette carte mère pour une config de moyenne gamme (processeur i5-7500, 8Go de mémoire vive à 2400Mhz et 500Go SSD M.2) pour un très bon prix (500€ l'ensemble, incluant alimentation et boitier), PC principalement dédié bureautique mais pouvant évoluer vers le gaming avec l'ajout d'une carte graphique. Les performances de ce PC m'ont très agréablement surpris, offrant une excellente réactivité (démarrage de Windows 10 en un peu plus de 10 secondes) et de très bonnes performances globales, surtout pour ce prix. Niveau connectique c'est du tout bon, socket LGA-1151 très répandu, jusqu'à 32Go de mémoire vive, un port SATA M.2 PCIe (Certains SSD compatible permettent des débits de plus de 3500Mo/s sur ce type de port), carte son intégrée, carte réseau 1Gb/s, port USB 3.1 gen 1 (On regrettera l'absence de gen 2), 6 ports SATA à 6Gb/s, etc. En bref, une très bonne carte mère de moyenne gamme.
