Hi. Unfortunately there isn't this feature, but it does display for example 0.333333333333... for 1/3.

No, but it is dead simple to calculate, even on the Casio FX-85GT Plus. Do the division, it will be displayed in fraction form. Then press "Shift S--D" to transform the result in mixed fraction form. The modulus is the nominator of the fraction. Simple as that! I use this often while doing computer programming.

Will it solve matrix equations

It will find the inverse of 2x2 or 3x3 matrices, if one exists, so if you're thinking of matrix solutions to simple, linear, simultaneous equations, with up to 3 variables, then yes. If you're thinking of anything else, then no, but you can carry out matrix multiplication, addition and subtraction, when possible, with matrices up to 3x3.
