I've just finished taking vitamin B complex and started taking the B12 this morning as I feel I'll get more energy than the B complex which gives a little bit of b3 ect. I'm confident the B12 will work better.

Work very well. I had a borderline B12 deficiency and within a few weeks my levels had greatly improved (on both my “active” and “total” B12 tests). Due to my previously low levels, I noticed an incremental improvement in my health within days. I chose this product as after research, I prefer to take natural B12 (methylcobalamin) rather than the synthetic kind (cyanocobalamin).
