Does this come with the pram connections?

yes it does come with the connectors to put on the product. also, they have not found a stroller this does not fit on yet.

Will it work on Doona car seat stroller?

The way it was designed will fit most strollers but your stroller seems short, so when the 2nd child will stand on it, it may cause you difficulties to see the baby.

Will this work on the Doona car seat stroller?

I used it on a mamas and papas stroller but it is very easily adjustable so id say universal. It straps on and then u adjust it with a side bar to level it off. I would say i didnt have confidence in its wheels but it held together and i sold it on
