I see no reason why not, it should work on any ball with a valve that needs inflating.

Would this work for a euro 2016 ball?

This pump works on most rugby balls so I would say it should work with the Euro 2016 ball.

Can I use this to pump a beach ball? Does it include the needle and adaptor?

yes it includes needle and adapter but not sure about beach ball, bought as present with football
