Excellent bit of kit. Used to scrape ceiling adhesive after removing old tiles. Made the job so much easier and quicker.

Great scraper, found it to be very effective at removing any type of wall paper, artex and old paint. The rubber/ plastic handle doesn’t last very long, it detaches quite quickly and starts sliding down the scraper. Easily fixed with a bit of glue.

Does a great job of stripping wall paper off the wall. Even managed to trim protruding raw plugs. My only gripe is that the end of the handle that holds the spare blades inside, pops off too easily. This then means your palm is up against the metal tube of the handle, which is uncomfortable. The plastic handle also slides towards the blade end, with little resistance. Sounds negative, but overall I'd rather have it than not! Better than the normal, blunt scrapers, I think.

We bought a house covered in woodchip, even on the ceilings, in every room. After dampening the woodchip and using wallpaper stripper liquid (cheap stuff was fine) this tool prevented us from going insane. It is incredibly sharp though, so do be careful. Although I wouldn't volunteer to ever do such a job again, it was kind-of satisfying sometimes to pull away a long strip of wallpaper using this beast (a bit like squeezing a big spot). Thank you, I'll get my coat...

Must have! It helped me remove wallpaper, from a 3 bed house, which had up to 4 layers of wallpaper and one or two coats of paint on, some layers probably dating back to the 1970s or earlier this included paper on the ceilings. I found using the corner of the blade to start the peel followed by the blade being flat/flush to the wall (screw side up) in a downward motion worked best for most of the house, but some areas needed the blade to be at different angles to get the best results. With the technique I used, the paper did start to build under the corner I started the peel with. This caused the corner to slightly ‘bend’ the metal holding the blade in place but I saw it in time and was able to remove the build up of paper. It comes with extra blade I only used 3 in total, which for me was, brilliant considering the amount of wallpaper that got removed. P.s. white vinegar works (but does stink, a lot)

I don’t usually bother writing reviews but I had to write one for this. I bought this to try and tackle our woodchip wallpaper that was covering our lounge. After hearing how tough woodchip is to evict from the walls I was ready to try anything. This product destroyed the woodchip in no time at all. If it wasn’t able to get underneath the paper it would at least take the top wooded layer off completely leaving the underside of the paper which was a piece of cake to remove with a wet cloth. This product made it so much easier to remove the woodchip without having to fork out for something pricey.

Amazing glides right through the paint and removed it from the walls with ease! its super sharp so be careful, I knocked my hand against it my accident twice and it cut right into me. Only downside is that the handle is very flimsy within second of opening it the black handle fell off, plus side is there are spare blades inside that handle lol. Wish I had know about this tool before I spent 2 days trying to get the wall paper off that had been painted over

Ich schreibe so gut wie nie Rezensionen aber dieses Teil ist der absolute Wahnsinn habe in gefühlt 30 sek. 2 komplette Fenster von Folie (zum bekleben von Möbeln gedacht) und Schaumstoff Stickern entfernt. War danach so motiviert das ich die Wände im Zimmer angefangen habe von einer klebenden schaumstoffmauer zu befreien und bin jetzt bei der Hälfte musste noch nicht mal eine Klinge wechseln Ich bin absolut begeistert Also wer Kinder oder einen Partner zuhause hat der gerne Sachen beklebt holt euch das Teil bevor ihr euch eure Finder wundschrubbt um es wegzubekommen. Ich habe den Schaber zum Entfernen von geklebten Teppichbodenresten benutzt und war mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Der Schaber hat den Einsatz überstanden. Im Griff des Schabers sind drei Ersatzklingen enthalten, auf die man nach dem Stumpfwerden zurückgreifen kann. Wo es dann allerdings die Ersatzklingen zu kaufen gibt, dürfte aber durchaus in einem Tepeten-/Teppichboden-Fachgeschäft zu erfragen sein. Nach dem Kauf habe ich den gleichen Schaber bei HAMMER gesehen

Ho acquistato questo raschietto pur essendo scettico ed invece si è dimostrato indispensabile. Perfetto per la rimozione della carta da parati (per una rimozione "pulita" va preventivamente bagnata). Viene via come il burro. Nell'impugnatura sono presenti anche lamette di ricambio.
