I give this a 3 star mainly based on the fact that it makes me wee constantly! Ngl, I drink a lot of fluid daily but since I've been taking NO2 Extreme, I go to the toilet every 30 minutes. It's a good product for getting that good full on pump at the gym, and it definitely pops your veins out big time. I just personally think this particular Nitric Oxide or perhaps this product doesn't suit my body. Overall, would I recommend it? Well based on personal experience and view, YES of course I would 100% recommend it. It does what it says, no headaches or crash nor fatigue or feeling lightheaded etc. Great value for money as well. I would probably rank this a 8.5/10

Really good stuff!!! It works very well for me.

I started going to the gym in earnest a few months ago (4-5 times a week) and was looking for a supplement that would give me a good pump. This produce certainly does that. It recommends taking 4-6 tablets (I take 4) about half an hour before exercising. I do this (washed down with L-Glutamine and Creatine) before heading to the gym. I defintely feel more alert and the pump I get is very noticable. Bicep/tricep day I feel far more vascular and my forearms feel like they are going to explode. As with all products, especially fitness supplements, do your own reasearch, check the label for what its main ingredient is. L-Arginine in this is obviously the main Nitric Oxide booster. There are plenty of other products out there with similar ingredients but I have used Iron Labs products before (ZM6) and trust the brand. Great product, look no further.

Teste is terrible (not using the plastic capsule and I add this in energiser or water) the powder is not mixing with the water is like a silica and no effect. Better buy something else.

I was looking for something to give me a boost in the gym that I could take at work before I leave for the gym. Stumbled upon these after looking at ZMA from the same seller and took a chance on them after reading some of the good reviews. I always train with a pre-drink but never find the time to drink it 30 mins before exercise which is the optimal way to use pre-drinks. What I do now is take 2 of these 30 minutes before gym and then drink my pre-drink while training to keep me boosted through the workout and help with energy slumps. The stated dose is 4-6 but like with most sups I always start low and work my way up. I have found that I do have more energy and I'm sure my ability to take in oxygen is improved as I have more stamina after taking them. Easy to swallow 2 at a time and no after taste with these capsules. Highly recommended for a boost to your gym workout.
