I have used these and find if your training take these and a good diet high in protein you will notice strength gains and muscle will firm up and grow hope this helps, any questions just ask

2 tablets being 3200mgs is enough any more & destroy testosterone & only take for 2 weeks then a week of as continuous use after 2 weeks destroy testosterone but cycling properly a good supplement if you over 30 yrs old
