nope...you are going to have to use your own digestive system.

Can I use this as an anti grinding mouthgaurd?

It works perfectly as a grinding guard while sleeping. I use to wear a custom fitted grinding guard that my dentist would make. I'd grind through it in 7 to 9 months. It became soo expensive!!! I just started trying various mouth guards. I'd fit them and then I'd cut them down... drastically...to fit. I've been doing this for 20+ years and I've had no ill affects. My dentist knows I do it. I've found that this Venum unit works really well and it's extremely comfortable. Give it a shot. It's a lot cheaper than the $800 your dentist will charge you.

do they work with braces?

FYI back of the packaging says it's not compatible with braces, but that could be avoiding liability/disclaimer.

Will it fit a 11 year old?

I think it will. It's been a great mouth guard for me and has saved me multiple times from expensive dental work.
