Very helpful product
Very competitively priced and well made. Provided instant support and some relief straight away. Have repurchased. Would recommend trying them - they won't entirely fix your problem but offer some pain relief

A Game-Changer - I Now Use These in Every Pair of Shoes!
Iโve now bought these insoles 10 times, and that alone should tell you how impressed I am. I suffer from foot pain and issues related to fallen arches and mild plantar fasciitis. These insoles have been a total game-changer - so much so that Iโve started putting a pair in every new pair of shoes I own. They provide excellent arch support, help keep my feet aligned, and noticeably reduce fatigue in my knees and lower back, especially when I'm on my feet all day. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into all types of shoes - from trainers to work shoes. For the price, the quality is outstanding. If you struggle with foot pain, over-pronation, or just want a bit more comfort in your step, I canโt recommend these enough. I genuinely donโt buy shoes without ordering another pair of these to go with them!

Really useful for sore flat feet when walking / standing
These are an inexpensive and effective way to help with flat feet / fallen arches / plantar fasciitis problems. They're easy to trim with scissors to exactly fit your shoes, and provide additional support at the heel and inner edge / arch of the foot. I have very flat feet which had become increasingly painful as I neared 50 this year. It was affecting how far I coudl walk and definitely how long I could stand up for. The insoles have definitely helped - I have also adopted several calf muscles stretches, and changed the way I walk to ensure that my heel is the first part of the foot to hit the ground. It's worth bearing in mind that the insoles feel pretty strange at first - they don't add 'comfort' as such. Knees, hips and back can feel quite odd because your whole posture and style of walking may well change with the different (better!) foot positioning. To get maximum effect, you seem to need them in every set of shoes - which can get pricey. For best effect, you need to use them even in slippers around the house - it helps *not* to walk barefoot. I found some half-length ones to go in my fleecy slippers... I have tried several different types, and there seems to be little benefit in getting the posher, more expensive gel ones. I also understand that they will need to be changed fairly frequently, depending on how much walking you do. Once they become crushed and flattened then they're not doing their job so effectively. They take about 5 mins to fit: remove your old inner sole from the shoe and use is as a guide to cut the orthotic support to the right size / shape. If your shoes are *very* snug then you may struggle to add insoles to them. In future, I'll make sure I buy shoes which are slightly larger by a half UK size so that there's ample room for the insole without squashing my foot at all. They have hugely improved my walking and standing comfort, and I'm now back to doing a couple or three miles without any bother. 8/10

Best product ever
Im not a person to make a review at all but I've been sobering with Plantar Fasciitis for a while bought expensive trainers which relieve the pain when walking i was loosing my mind at some point with the pain i was facing day in and out until I got a pair of this in soles to have a go and .....it literally change my life. A little tight at first put them on... went to work and the miracle happened. I had no pain what so ever even when I took my shoes off and walk on bear foot . I so recommend if you have Pantar Fasciitis it really change my life. Im absolutely buzzing to be able to walk and have no pain.

Feet problems, insoles might not be the right option
I was disappointed by the way the insoles fitted, I believe I got the right size, and I have high arches from being a former dancer as a child, but I felt as if I was walking on a plastic-y flat stone when I put them on. Not sure how many stars are fair here. They are very light. If you have issues with your feet, may I recommend checking out an internet site called the Sock dock? It got me to stop worrying about my problems which eventually disappeared with time. I used insoles on big jobs (I'm a wedding photographer) but otherwise avoid them now. Also, be aware that stress can cause issues in your feet. If you are desperate for a solution (I had plantar fasciitis which fits the bill, but also had M.E. for 30 years) may I offer that you also check out the free videos on the Gupta Amygdala Retraining technique, and pay attention to the parts about automatic thoughts - I think he talks about it in the free videos (find them on youtube or FB) - because even if you don't have fatigue or M.E. this technique might be very useful to you if you feel stressed. Please consider that option rather than hoping the doctors can do something for you, if you have already tried everything of course, before you think about surgery. For issues like plantar fasciitis, I would assume the technique could take some time to make your body less tense, but you could work the technique on the symptoms. I had just a few bits of pain left by the time I started the technique that is helping my M.E. in an amazing way, but after 2 weeks the pain has completely disappeared. As it was on its way out I can't say 100% it's the technique, however, plantar fasciitis being linked to stress and adrenal fatigue, I believe it accelerated the final stages of healing. I had the fasciitis from Feb 14 until Mid december 14, this is the first (and hopefully last) occurence. In case you don't trust the method at least consider doing meditation and yoga to relax, because a tense body will lead to muscles contracting, which creates problems. Good luck, and I hope to never report on orthotic insoles ever again.

The Heel Pain - Panacea
Heel pain....magic! After only couple of hours of having these insoles in my walking shoes and slippers....the intense pain that I've had for the last few months has just about gone. There's some other really great earlier reviews of the insoles and I've nothing further to add except these things....absolutely, definitely work as intended. There's an initial odd feeling when first using as the raised curve on the inner arch - specifically designed to support a raised foot arch - that you need to just ignore until your brain gets used to the slightly different sensation. Within an hour or so; you no longer feel its odd initial presence nor the horrid stabbing foot/heel pains. Final thing I've learned (the hard way)....NEVER decide to walk around your house with just your bare feet or with only socks on. I had a crazy idea a couple of years ago to just go around the house in my socks, minus the slippers, and that has significantly created and aggravated the heel/arch/foot pain. As a 57 year old male; my body was having none of this but my brain was too slow to realise. These insoles are so great; I've now ordered another few pairs for my walking shoes, trainers, slippers. You can quite easily cut-off a small amount, per the guides, of the tip of the insoles to perfectly fit your shoe size, style and fit. Highly recommend.

Comfortable feet support
Fits into my trainers well adding comfort and cushion. Giving extra support for my sore feet

Relief beyond belief.
I suffered with plantar faciitus on my left foot for too long before buying this. I wish I had bought it sooner. Going by the number of positive reviews I was sure it had to be good, and it is. Mild relief is experienced almost immediately and I found the pain returned if I wasn't using them in any footwear. Wearing them indoors should not be overlooked, so I transfer them between slippers to trainers to outdoor shoes. I'm going to order a 2 pair double pack right now and save a ยฃ5, even though the pain has subsided and not noticeable. 4 stars because I think the price is a bit high for the material content, even if the technical design cost was initially significant.
