Lugol's Iodine 5% Solution 30ml | Bulb Pipette | Health Leads

There is a lot of conflicting information online about Lugol’s iodine, so I bought this after looking at the options and wanted a straightforward 5% solution with clear instructions.I’m not going to say what I personally take or suggest a dose, because I think that’s something people need to research for themselves and discuss with an appropriate professional where necessary. I would definitely recommend following the instructions supplied with the bottle rather than copying somebody else’s routine.The instructions state to dilute 1 drop of the 5% Lugol’s solution into 60 drops of water and then take 2 drops of that diluted mixture per day. I found it useful to prepare the dilution in a small brown bottle with a pipette, which makes it much easier to handle.Overall, I’m happy with the product. The bottle is small, but you only use a very small amount at a time, and the bulb pipette makes measuring the drops straightforward.With something like iodine, I think the important thing is not to treat it like an ordinary supplement where you simply take more because you think it might be beneficial. There is plenty of conflicting information online, so read the instructions and do your own research before using it.

Happy with the product, however, the delivery of it I was less so. I provided instructions as to where it should be left as I knew I wouldn't be home and it was left by the front door in full view of passers by, not impressed with that

VERY please with this 5% iodine solution. One drop on a persistent infected gum and the inflamation & pain was gone. Repeated one drop the next day & then one drop a couple days later - the dentist confirmed no infection now. The pipette is good quality for easy use/measurement and the VERY useful cardboard tube it is packaged in, keeps the bottle upright & in the dark, when storing. A pleasure to use such a carefully thought out product. Thank yoouuu!

I’m sure this is good stuff but it is not the correct iodine for wounds as confirmed by the manufacturer!! I think Amazon should be more rigorous on how their search algorithms work.
