I have very strong opinions on splints, and this one easily makes the cut! It's great support, low-profile and not too bulky, highly adjustable, extremely breathable, doesn't get in the way of actually working with the hand while still keeping you from overuse injury, and doesn't make your skin feel all clammy and gross underneath it. I recommend it to everyone who needs this style of support!

I purchased this brace for De Quervain's tenosynovitis. The brace I received at my doctor's office didn't provide enough support and was too large, so I needed one that worked for me. So far, this one has been great! ✓ Very comfortable fit - There are three adjustable straps ensuring a proper fit. I can get the firm support I need without feeling like it will cut off my circulation. ✓ Breathable - The fabric is gentle and breathable, so my hand doesn't get sweaty. ✓ Cute - The pink color is true to the picture and looks good. It isn't so obviously a medical device and has a more sporty appearance. Even once I no longer need it for this condition, I'll probably use it for support when at the gym. ✓ Actually works - Unlike some other options, it's actually allowed my tendon to rest and heal. The fit keeps me from twisting my thumb or my wrist, and it's already feeling much better. ✓ Still functional - Some of my work involves typing. This brace is designed properly so the fingers are free, making keyboard typing really easy.

I have tendonitis in my wrist below my thumb. It's excruciating. I knew I needed something, but wanted something that would stabilize my wrist without being bulky. This little splint is a keeper. I read reviews talking about it making the web of the hand sore, and it did the first night I wore it. I found that if you loosen it a little it won't cause irritation and it will still provide great support. You can also tighten and loosen it throughout the day according to your activities and support needs or to accommodate any swelling you may have. I wear it pretty much 24/7 with no problems. It's well made, doesn't restrict the fingers, and supports and stabilizes where I need it to. It has 2 side supports running from the thumb down along the top and bottom of the wrist (kind of like a wishbone) which works much better for tendonitis than a plate running down the palm and wrist. You can't beat the price for such a quality item either.

I chose this brace because it also covers the wrist, which also has arthritis. I use a smaller type CMC brace when my wrist doesn't hurt also. I like that it can be used on either hand because I have CMC joint problems on both hands. I like that the Velcro is medical grade Velcro. All the people complaining about the strength of the Velcro haven't had medical grade Velcro before. This is the type of Velcro used on all my braces & slings and I love that it holds so well. The support itself is very well made; soft & comfortable with quality materials. So why did I only give it 4 stars instead of 5? It's too big on me. The description says one size fits all. Maybe it's because I'm skinny, but it needs to fold over somewhere when I pull it tight enough. It's uncomfortable where the fold over is. Why did I keep it? Because my arthritis is flaring and I got relief for both my wrist & thumb joint even though it's a bit too big. Careful adjustment relieves any pressure from the fold. It's been on for 3 days and my pain is definitely lessened. I would recommend this support for most people, especially for those with a little meat on their hands! 😂🤣

A pickle jar and I had a confrontation, and both of us lost! I ended up eventually going to physical therapy for quite a long time (it's still not quite right). On my first encounter there, my PT told me to order a wrist brace. I ordered this one and was happy for its quick delivery. But when my PT saw it, he told me to order an additional one for nighttime use - this one is good for daytime use, allowing the hand to be used and be supported, but the second one I ordered (another brand) had more support above the wrist to keep my hand immobilized through the night. Having both braces enabled me to compare their features. Both are supportive and satisfactory in most respects, but the Velcro closures on this brace is much too effective! I've literally had to ask someone else to pull the Velcro away so I can take the brace off. If I try to do it myself, I end up pulling so hard that the brace shifts around and irritates the spot on my wrist that is most tender. I hope the manufacturer takes this feedback to heart.

I purchased two of these braces because of arthritis. I like the stability and support they offer. The Velcro is super easy to adjust once you get it loose. It adheres more tightly than I expected. The small fit my hands nicely. I would buy these again.

Easy to put on and take off. Comfortable. Very adjustable. Really helps my wrist/thumb issue.

Ho un dolore al pollice che si manifesta soprattutto la mattina. Ci ho dormito e il dolore era attenuato. Costa poco ma fa davvero bene all’articolazione. Non credo si debba usare tutto il giorno. Serve soprattutto a sfiammare e ripristinare l’articolazione. Per il prezzo e per la facilità di utilizzo lo consiglio. Non so se per problemi più seri sia efficace. Ma io lo proverei.

Sehr guter Sitz und die nötige Stabilität ohne zu drücken..Durch die individuelle Einstellungen der Klettbänder kann man mehr mal weniger Druck ausüben. Sehr gut verarbeitet und hilfreich bei Problem im Daumensattelgelenk. Angenehm leicht zu tragen. Trage üblicherweise Handschuhgröße 8. Passt perfekt. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

I ordered this thumb splint as I'm displaying symptoms of trigger thumb/thumb tendinitis. I thought I would try this to see if it gives me any relief which it did immediately by immobilising my thumb. It's comfortable to wear and doesn't restrict any of my other fingers, just the thumb with the support splint inside. The colour is nice also, a pretty baby pink with a grey border. I've just put it on today and already it's given me pain-relief without having to take any medication! It is very effective and the velcro is strong! Durable and does the job! Very happy with my purchase! :)
