Perfect. Sturdy, lines up well, will fit for a larger hand too. The ones at local drug stores cost more than this and were flimsy. Works for ongoing base of thumb soreness/arthritis.

I purchased this brace for De Quervain's tenosynovitis. The brace I received at my doctor's office didn't provide enough support and was too large, so I needed one that worked for me. So far, this one has been great! ✓ Very comfortable fit - There are three adjustable straps ensuring a proper fit. I can get the firm support I need without feeling like it will cut off my circulation. ✓ Breathable - The fabric is gentle and breathable, so my hand doesn't get sweaty. ✓ Cute - The pink color is true to the picture and looks good. It isn't so obviously a medical device and has a more sporty appearance. Even once I no longer need it for this condition, I'll probably use it for support when at the gym. ✓ Actually works - Unlike some other options, it's actually allowed my tendon to rest and heal. The fit keeps me from twisting my thumb or my wrist, and it's already feeling much better. ✓ Still functional - Some of my work involves typing. This brace is designed properly so the fingers are free, making keyboard typing really easy.

I'm being treated for tendonitis, but my physician said it could also be carpel tunnel. After the treatment process for tendonitis has ended, and if the pain hasn't subsided by then, we will explore the possibility of carpal tunnel. It's excruciating when I move my thumb a certain way and when I bend it, so I've been splinting with popsicle sticks and vet wrap, lol. I finally ordered this brace in pink, and I'm really impressed with the quality, appearance, and comfort. It doesn't stabilize my thumb as much as I would like, but for an inexpensive, temporary, and not-as-ugly option compared to most other braces, it's a fantastic purchase. Still, it definitely DOES help me refrain from using my thumb way more than no brace, reducing my pain level, which is the entire point of this purchase, so it does do the job for injuries such as this. I just have to continue being a bit mindful when I'm using my hand. It's also, by far, the MOST comfortable brace I have ever worn on any part of my body ever, lol. The fabric is really soft, not scratchy, and breathable yet sturdy enough to limit mobility. There is a splint for the thumb sewn inside of the brace, which helps stabilize that digit, but it's a bit more malleable than I'd like, but not bad enough for me to want a different brace. Also, this might be a much less important feature, but the pink color is adorable and super pretty. I wasn't expecting such a nice color of pink for a brace, lol. Bottom line: I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.

It definitely helped relieve the discomfort in my thumb. Comfortable to wear and easy to put on. Glad to have it at this time and now have it available for the next time my thumb joint becomes inflamed.

A pickle jar and I had a confrontation, and both of us lost! I ended up eventually going to physical therapy for quite a long time (it's still not quite right). On my first encounter there, my PT told me to order a wrist brace. I ordered this one and was happy for its quick delivery. But when my PT saw it, he told me to order an additional one for nighttime use - this one is good for daytime use, allowing the hand to be used and be supported, but the second one I ordered (another brand) had more support above the wrist to keep my hand immobilized through the night. Having both braces enabled me to compare their features. Both are supportive and satisfactory in most respects, but the Velcro closures on this brace is much too effective! I've literally had to ask someone else to pull the Velcro away so I can take the brace off. If I try to do it myself, I end up pulling so hard that the brace shifts around and irritates the spot on my wrist that is most tender. I hope the manufacturer takes this feedback to heart.

Super cute and handy little thumb spica splint. Had to wear it for 6 weeks to treat De Quervain's. Bought 2 so I could wash one while wearing the other. Got compliments on the color. It was light weight and airy. Easy to adjust the fit and tightness. Great for the price. Quick delivery.

I've had these now for several months and waited to write this review. I weight lift 3-4 days/week and needed gloves with more support in my wrist area and found these. I have very small wrists and while I end up wrapping these around to the end of the velcro, they work really well. The padding is nice and my callouses are finally gone!

Sehr guter Sitz und die nötige Stabilität ohne zu drücken..Durch die individuelle Einstellungen der Klettbänder kann man mehr mal weniger Druck ausüben. Sehr gut verarbeitet und hilfreich bei Problem im Daumensattelgelenk. Angenehm leicht zu tragen. Trage üblicherweise Handschuhgröße 8. Passt perfekt. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Achetée pour une tendinite de de quervain, je suis bien soulagée sans être gênée dans mon quotidien Confortable, courte ce qui pour moi est un plus important, facile à entretenir et à sécher, c’est un vrai plus pour guérir tranquillement

I suffer with arthritis and carpal tunnel, beeen having real problems with my left hand especially thumb. Only just received this so early days, but so far it seems perfect, I ordered S/M size which is just right, a nice snug fit but not over tight to be uncomfortable. Haven't tried wearing it all night yet but it really helps with knitting, holds my thunb nice and firm. The velcro sticks very well, it is breathable and feels like good quality, no friction discomfort or sweating. Out of the three I've owned (different brands) this is definitely the best one, appears easy to wash also which is a bonus. Not had any numbness or tingling while knitting since using this so I'm a happy bunny.
