Absolutely love this brow pencil – it’s my favourite by far. The taupe shade is a perfect match for my brows and looks really natural. It’s incredibly easy to use, with a fine tip that gives great precision for shaping and filling. The dual-sided design is brilliant, with the spoolie helping to tame and blend everything nicely. It stays put all day without smudging, and for the price, it’s an absolute bargain. I’ve tried more expensive brands, but this one beats them hands down. Highly recommend.

The Elf eyebrow pencil comes with a wind up pencil at one end and then a blending brush at the other end. It's well made, easy to use and is very well pigmented so you don't need much at all. It goes on easily with no dragging or scratching. As you can see from the photos my eyebrows are very pale and sparse. I have tried several different ways to make them more visible yet natural but to no avail. Until now. I bought one each of the different brown shades as i wasn't sure which would suit. This is the deep brown. I use the lighter ones for during the day, whereas I feel this shade is better suited for the evening with more make up on but it's personal preference. The photos show without then with just a little of the pencil applied and then one with it heavier so the choice is yours. If you have gone too dark simply use the attached brush till you have the best shade for you so you can't go wrong really. I bought all 3 for under £9 including delivery. An excellent bargain by any means. This is an excellent quality product which I definitely recommend.

I awarded 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: 1st Star for the initial colour match: As advertised 2nd Star for the ease of application (after you have tried it out a couple of times initially) 3rd Star for texture of the Brow Pencil. It just glides over your own lashes 4th Star for the brush end, its easier to have a stiffer bristle in order to brush before and after 5th STAR NOT GIVEN: It doesn't always stay on when you when you comb it afterwards. It comes off a little too easily if is disturbed. If you touch up any liquid foundation and the sponge/finger get too close.. that can really leave you in a mess. It makes it dark again, or it flakes or even runs! Again if you use a dry brush/spong etc to touch up any make up, if you are not extra careful, you can end up with the exact same problems. It is FAR to easy to press a little too hard during application. In most cases this will result in needing to remove the whole eyebrow and restarting. Summary: Of course it is not without its faults. However once you get used to using it, it is convenient and can easily give you great results.

Love this shade for fair hair

Purchased a couple of times, my new go to! This eyebrow pencil is a great little find for the price. It’s really affordable but still works well and does exactly what you need it to do. The pencil applies smoothly, makes it easy to fill in and shape my brows. It’s simple to use, lasts well throughout the day, and is easy to take with you for touch-ups. For such a low price, I honestly can’t fault it. If you’re looking for a basic eyebrow pencil that’s inexpensive, reliable and gets the job done, this is a great option.

Price has increased recently, it is still relatively cheap however I have found it does not last as long as it originally did from just a few months ago. Mine lasted only a couple of weeks this month, and I do not use it daily.

As a total makeup beginner i wanted something that would be easy to use and mistakes wouldn't be so obvious. Being a pencil I felt it would be easier to smudge out mistakes....which it is! Totally new to any form of makeup, but being aware that after being in my mid twenties for the last 15 years, my brows were looking sparse, despite not really ever plucking I'm the late 90s/00s. A very good entry level product to get used to brows in the words of Erica Taylor....it's not a tattoo, just blend til it doesn't look psycho Have purchased twice and even use it on no make up days to make myself look a bit tidier and put together. The little brush also means less investment and outlay for a beginner who isn't really sure what they need or how to use products they have. Will try a brow pen with a brush head next as I have a scar down the middle of one eyebrow where hair has never grown in. And I feel that it doesn't achieve a more natural finish strokes of eyebrow hair, but more monet brows. Fine from far off, but clearly enhanced close up Will also probably continue to purchase as it's a very quick addition to no/low makeup days just to look finished and put together/like you put some effort in

Love the shade, easy to apply but the pencil part can sometimes go back into the case during use.
