Why didn't I find the power cord with the battery clip in my box

There is no wall plug. The information about the product says that. Only to be powered by cigarette lighter port or battery clips

My tires are 245/55 r19, can someone tell me how long it takes me to go from 0-30 psi ？

Not sure how or why you would be going from 0psi to 30 psi unless you mounted the tire yourself or fixed your own flat, neither of which I would recommend. My guess is it would take about 5 minutes with this pump.

What about popup camper tires?

It would work very well for pop-up camper tires since it has a high inflation pressure and good air flow
