Revolving Breakfast Bar Stool Wooden Kitchen

I bought these stools to replace piston operated stools as they got shoddy really quickly. The stools arrived promptly in good quality packaging and on setting out the parts, all were present and correct! The instruction manual is simple to follow but it's not really needed. Just by setting the parts together it's easy to see what fits where. All the screws fitted nice and tightly and the quality of the wood looks great. REALLY LOVE the swivel feature of the seat area of the stool. It's all too easy to damage a stool whilst rocking back and forth but this neat swivel feature allows free movement ON the stool, saving wear and tear. The height is right for most breakfast bars. ** If I had one 'complaint' about the stools it would be that the company hasn't provided a rubber base foot for the stool. I found that you could sit down and the stool slide from beneath you depending what type of floor covering you have. Mine is a tiled kitchen floor, so the stool slide away too easily!! I remedied this by buying small rubber feet that screwed into the base of the stools. All in all a good quality stool and no hesitation in recommending it and the company that made them!

These stalls are great value. Easy to assemble and I love the revolving top. Very prompt delivery.

well built and good value for money

Good: * Came with all the required pieces * Size was as stated (top is 32 cm btw) * Was able to be assembled, though it was close * Holds together securely * Light, easy to move around * Good height to fit under the countertop * Rubberwood is pretty sustainable * Flat top and curved edges are more comfortable than a seat with a dent in the middle and square edges Bad: * Wonky pre-drilled holes. I was surprised that it was actually possible to get the legs and rungs together securely. * Poor finish on holes. I cleaned them up with a chisel and sandpaper so that it was easier to get the rungs in. * Half-varnished. This is just weird. Why varnish some bits of a piece of furniture and not others? This was another job I had to finish myself (using varnish I'd used on many previous occasions - not an asthma trigger). * Packaged using expanded polystyrene sheets. Better solutions are available, that can be recycled and that don't shed thousands of tiny microfibres or release (possibly) problematic gasses. * SIGNIFICANT ASTHMA TRIGGER for me. I don't know whether it was the packaging or something that had been used to make the wooden bits of the stool, but something made me really, really wheezy. Like, multiple puffs of the reliever inhaler even after I'd upped the preventer inhaler; like, come over all wobbly and have to sit down on the floor (this has never happened to me before); like, put the stools outdoors to off-gas for 24 hours and it's still a problem afterwards, leave them in a ventilated conservatory overnight and it's still not great. It's decreasing day by day but if I'd known this would happen, I wouldn't have bought these stools. You get what you pay for.

As others mentioned very good product, but mine was damaged when unpacked but as I had the glue to hand it was restored. works well in kitchen.

Good value for money

When I put this stool together, I was surprised to discover that not only were there no instructions (I figured it out anyway), but also that only TWO of the eight support bars between the legs actually attach with screws. The other six support bars aren't attached by anything; there are no holes for screws to go in. They're just supposed to be held in place by the tension created by the screws holding together the framework at the top, and the screws holding one pair of supports in place at the bottom. I shouldn't have been surprised when, after a couple of weeks, the supports perpendicular to the ones screwed in just pulled out of their sockets. Wood glue has proven completely insufficient to hold them in place. I'm now faced with a choice between trying to drill new holes in this thing myself, or getting a new (and much more expensive) one. In summary, this stool is very badly designed. Don't buy it if you weigh more than a feather and actually want to sit on it.

Jest to wada fabryczna – w wyniku nieprawidłowego sklejenia elementów, otwory montażowe nie są prawidłowo dopasowane Jeśli pozostałe 3 krzesła będą takie same, dokonam zwrotu.

Comoda e resistente

Joli mais pas très solide. Cassé au bout de quelques mois.
