Would the cappuccino ones actually be any good and fill to top if cup

I worked it out by filling either a cup or glass to where you want & work out how many mls it is? Which these are 190mls the latte ones take 220mls. 😉

I would say that the top is probably too small and they are too lightweight to aeropress directly into. You could press into a mug and transfer as long as you use the right volume of water.
