Does this pillow go flat after a while ?

In the beginning, no. I believe I used my pillow for about a month before I started to need to shake it some at night, which I do nightly now. I also take off the bamboo cover once per week when I launder the bedding and put the pillow in the dryer on "fluff" setting for 20-25 minutes. I have had my pillow for 5 months now. I still have the additional bag of fill provided at the time of purchase, but haven't needed to use it.

Can I purchase more stuffing for the travel pillow?

I have Queen size says made in China

Does the travel pillow have a pillow cases like the queen has?

Our travel pillow has a removable washable cover at the moment. We are just finishing up additional cases that will be available in about 3-4 weeks from today The cases will be the same as the Queens.
