Is the lighter colour matte or does it have a shimmer?

Yes the light and dark one is matte and the pink one is a highlighter shimmer

Can it be used on dark skin?

Hi Unfortunately the colour are on the lighter side, therefore wouldn't go great with darker skin. Please let me know if you require further information.
