Accurate, relatively quick and easy to use.
Good product for a great price. Good accuracy and timeliness when brewing pour over.

Good for domestic pour overs but that's it.
I was a little bit loath to purchase these scales, as I didn’t like some aspects of the specifications. Specifically, they weigh weights in different bands in different units and at varying sensitivities. Additionally some owners have reported that the scale is slow to display the weight, which is important when brewing coffee to precise recipes. Having used it daily now, for three months, I can say that the first potential gripe about weighing in different sensitivities does not affect my bean or pouring weighings, I usually use it with a V60 and sometimes with a Chemex. The lag on the display IS present but you can get round it by slowing down when you approach your target weight. Good Points: Nice to have a timer and weighing scale all in one, which makes concentrating on the read outs easy. The scale tray is wide enough for all manner of coffee jugs, V60, Chemex etc. It takes AAA batteries, so no problem having to find anything usual. Rechargeable batteries work a treat. The plastic is easy to wash down with a sponge or paper towel. The accuracy is pretty good given the caveat about which weight band you’re in. Bad Points: The weighing lag on the display is annoying but you can work round it. For a domestic situation, it’s fine but for a busy barista, this would probably drive them mad. The plastic is easily marked - it’s easy to clean - but this won’t continue to look pristine for long. In theory if the scales were splashed by a lot of water, its design means that water could enter the internals and kill it. Compared to modern digital scales, this is very limited in functionality, especially if you’re using it with espresso makers. This is a nice domestic, pour over scale. If that’s all your doing, it’s fine. I was lucky to get mine when on promotion, so it was just over £40 all in. Personally I wouldn’t pay much more than that, since for slightly more than double the money, you could get a much more capable modern coffee scale, with oodles of functions, greater waterproofness and better aesthetics.

Very accurate but a bit slow to update
The scale is very nice and easy to use, along with being very accurate. Likes: - Uses AAA batteries instead of button cells. - Good size and looks great. - Simple controls and easy to use. - The screen is clear and easy to see in low light. Dislikes: - Bit slow to update the weight. - Its sometimes easy to miss-click the buttons and then for example the timer doesn't start, so a more tactile button would be better.

Great coffee scale. Very responsive and does the job.
I use it for brewing V60 and it does the job. Super responsive and measures up to 0.1 of a gram (under 500g) Timer is easy to use. Things to beware before buying 1. Over 500g, it measures in 0.5g accuracy instead of 0.1. 2. There are no physical buttons, the buttons are touch capacity buttons.

Faulty scale, wrong readings and consistent fluctuation.
I am only giving it one star because it is faulty. I did not expect to get a faulty scale for the premium price. Beside it being faulty, it is a nice built plastic scale. It gave me all kind of wrong readings. The digits never stop, it keeps either going up or down very slowly. The same item being weighted more than once gives different readings, and I am talking about a range from 200 to 320 grams. It is faulty, not an issue of accuracy. I tried to find a way around this mess up, but it seems there is no instruction regarding calibration + the manual that came with the scale says that the calibration screws are only to be worked on by a technician. I have requested a replacement, and shall update my review based on the new scale I would be getting. Seller was Amazon.

Good quality with better accuracy than any other scale I have come across in the price range
I love this scale and use it for both making coffee and for baking and cooking all sorts of things. Could be somewhat easier to clean but for me the price was good and it has already lasted me for years. Better accuracy than other products in the price range i have come across.

Nice scale, questionable accuracy at the claimed +/- 0.1g
After six months usage I'm still not in love with the scales. They claim to have 0.1g accuracy, and for weighing out coffee for espresso, it does indeed show 0.1g resolution, but there is a significant time lag between adding coffee and the scales showing a new measurement. And in many cases, adding modest amounts in an attempt to go from (say) 13.8g to 14.0g suddenly leaps to (say) 14.7g, even though removing even less then drops the weight by 0.1 or 0.2g. As a result, I don't have confidence in the scales to a 0.1g accuracy, maybe 0.5g? Nice and convenient having the scale and timer built in, robust and the design is nice, and with the obvious coffee grinds and occasional liquid spill there have been no problems whatsoever. Overall, a reasonable product, but just not responsive or accurate as I would hope for given the price.

Does what you expect, very well.
Easy to use. Simple and accurate. Timer is very useful. Add weight/liquid slowly and the desplay changes by 1/10th of a gram, while quicker pours/changes are shown in full grams - a clever design.
