I've been stacking these with test boosters and creatine for two weeks so far. The results have been fab I've been smashing personal bests as if they were a catholic schoolgirl and I was head priest. The concept of taking a little bag filled with pills is foreign to me, i usually take a powder. Ive only just started taking them. 1 bag 30mins before and one immediately after on an empty stomach. I doesnt give me a boost like most pre workouts. RRP Says its £70, someones trying to kid us!! Been on it 2 weeks now and it has no effect on me. Only thing it does is give me a lump in my throat. Whats the point. Wont buy again.

Animal always best in the market, this gv u good visible pump.but u need t be careful abt this product if u hv hypertension, coz niacin in this product through some of pills which u can’t find which is which, it can increase ur high blood p. Hands down animal a best brand.
