Would these hold ice, jd & coke, or are they just shot glasses?

I drink a very dry JD and coke, 50/50 at most (using the 4cl mark and the top of the CE logo as a guide), and it comes up barely a quarter of the way up the glass (which actually flares slightly towards the top). Plenty of room for a traditional JD and coke with plenty of ice.
