Weleda Organic Iris Hydrating Day Cream 30ml

Absolutely gorgeous. Found this brand originally because of Skin Food. Although skin food is my holy grail, it is too heavy for me to wear during the day. I decided To try other Weleda products as I had major success with skin food. This product is perfect for me to wear during the day, it is soft and hydrating, does not bother by sensitive skin and I personally love the scent. I have gone on to buy many more products front weleda including the almond cream for my partner and his eczema prone skin, the arnica massage oil and arnica cream for ongoing muscular back and hip issues and the firming pomegranate night cream for when I am not using skin food. All absolutely 10/10! I will not use anything else now, I am a Weleda superfan!

This was recommended to me by a professional make-up artist as my menopausal skin needed balancing. It smells joyous and is a very light weight.

Like Weleda, bought many years. Wanted evening primrose, but discontinued. This has great smell and blends well. It has a slightly oily finish, that appeared to stay on skin, but not excessive. The box and tube instructions are all in German and french. But not an issue for me. Overall, okay cream, but I still prefer and want the evening primrose! 😊 Why did they discontinue it?!

My skin is combined (not necessarily dry) and I bought this cream to take to outdoors holidays where my skin would be a deeper moisturiser. As such it worked very well and I continue to use it on running mornings. I love the fragrance which is close enough to Iris, I like the small size because it fits in my travel toiletry bag and I like the texture although I feel that, should I want to apply make-up, I'd need to wait a bit until fully absorbed. For what I wanted out of it i.e. a rich and nice moisturiser for outdoor days, I am fully satisfied.

So, one of the cons of going for 'natural' products is that you struggle to find something that both meets your requirements and doesn't make you smell like a walking herb garden. I like herbs and essential oils, but I don't want to walk around smelling like it all day. This cream smells lovely (and gently so) and just absolutely absorbed right in without leaving that 'waxy' layer on your skin. Plus, it didn't cause enlarging of the pores. All in all I'm quite happy with it and will definitely buy it again.

Great product, high quality. Smells pleasently and doesn't over power. Moisturizers very well. One missing star is because the cap is fiddly, when you want to screw it back on. Arrived on time. Very happy, will buy again.

I love all Weleda products, their quality and purity! I am able to use the Iris night cream when my excema flares up, the only cream I can use on my face that is not a dedicated excema cream. I have found this is really nourishing although I have older skin and seems to really help my face through the excema crisis. I then return to more age appropriate cream. The texture is lovely on the face as with all Weleda creams and leaves your face feeling nourished and replenihsed.

I love all weleda products. I use both the day and night cream of iris and love it. Since I have started using Weleda products I have had no skin problems at all. It also feels good to be not using any products with any kind of chemicals in weleda is all natural. What's not to like ? Also highly recommend the cleansing products I love the all in one and also the green bottle ones. I have also used the almond cleansing cream which is handy to keep in my gym bag. For a twice a week face treat I use skin food at bedtime.

With its gentle, effective ingredients plus soft floral scent, this precious cream by Weleda has been a favorite for years. Even applying it is a treat, as it absorbs cleanly and smells wonderful...serving as a Pavlovian trigger to sleep well. In the morning, I notice that my skin is silky smooth and truly hydrated, with tiny anxiety lines from fatigue actually disappearing. Long-term laugh lines are diminished, and the overall effect is definitely rejuvenating. Because a little dab goes a long way, the one ounce tube lasts long enough to pay for itself! No phenoxyethanol or irritating chemicals, which I greatly appreciate, as they're almost omnipresent in "deluxe" formulations.

Texture molto ricca,ideale per l'idratazione notturna.Più indicata per la stagione invernale,per l'estate va bene solo se avete un condizionatore acceso tutta la notte,la crema a parer mio è molto corposa. Il profumo meraviglioso,lo stesso della versione da giorno (che ha una texture molto leggera). Al mattino la pelle risulta morbida ed idratata e la crema assorbita perfettamente. Ho una pelle mista e la userò in alternanza al Triacneal di Avenè che adopero per contrastare le imperfezioni. Il prodotto conferma la qualità e la sicurezza dei prodotti Weleda. Le istruzioni sono in inglese,tedesco e credo polacco,ma l'applicazione è così semplice che anche se non masticate nessuna delle tre lingue l'intuito vi guiderà.

I use Weleda Body Butter, which is full of Shea Butter, on my body and was delighted to discover that the company made a facial moisturizer. It is very good for my very dry skin. It seems to last a long time. I must admit I use a serum beneath it. I believe it would feel even better without the serum. It doesn't leave my face sticky or oily. My face seems to absorb it easily. Because my skin is so dry, I still have to combine it with other moisturizers but for the average person, this cream, which doesn't contain any strange chemicals, would work beautifully, I think. I'm so happy I found this company and discovered that for my skin, Shea Butter is the best moisturizer.
