Great classic game on a new design board and thicker tiles. When I ordered this, I was unaware of the second game on the reverse of the board and this is a good bonus which I look forward to playing. The order was delivered on time and in excellent condition thank you.

Good quality made Scrabble game. Highly recommend for children and adults. The board is solid made with clear writing and good quality tiles.

Scrabble - A decent, friendly priced version of a classic game. Our house is overflowing with both traditional board and digital games. So it was a little strange that we were lacking Scrabble. I must say that I’ve never been attracted to it much, mostly because my counterparts in the family (without being specific) read and write in different quantities and thus have a more limited set of vocabulary while others are sesquipedalians - which happens tube one of my favourite Scrabble words, good for 26 points. So the thing with this game it that you’ll need to find a partner of equal skill. Having said that it’s really good for our youngest as well to work and test his spelling even thought game is advised for children aged 10+. This a poorly presented set that includes 120 letter tiles, four racks, a letter bag and instructions. The box is fairly sturdy which is good for storage and the letter bag is really helpful as well. However the racks are plastic, and the letters are made of plastic as well and hollow on the underside. Other than some of the other reviews here the board isn’t small; 36cm on each side, neither are the letter pieces too small. I’m just comparing it to the decades-old Scrabble set that we keep at out second home that is made of wood elements and really nice by comparison. Still I can’t complain too much given the £14 we paid for this, the educational value for the children and that it fills a family board game playing need (which I think is one of the best ways to spend your time in this digital age).
