Digestive Enzyme Complex – 60 Tablets

After hearing podcast 430 with Mel Robbins and Dr Rasjree regarding gut health, I bought these enzymes. Hallelujahhhh!!! These work magic! I took one with each meal on day one and two. From day 3: only 2 a day with bigger meals. Bye-bye loose bowels and running to the loo like mad. Do note: I also started drinking lemon water in the morning and added L-Glutamine to my diet. Why was I never told this by a GP?!!

So happy with this. I have NALD and take morphine. This causes me so much discomfort after eating. Finally after years of suffering I can lay down comfortably to sleep. No pain too. Two days in and I cannot say enough. It really does exactly as advertised. The size is easy to swallow and works within a few minutes. Other reviews here lead me to purchase. I am grateful to them. Will be keeping these as part of my daily routines now

Only just started using after each meal. So far so good. Less bloating, feel less bloated and had a couple of good bowel movements hahaha

One of the best this I've ever purchased. I use these when going out for a meal when I know im going to indulge in a heavy meal. No point going out for a treat only to be restrained. These really work and help digestion.

I have ibs, painful bloating, stomach cramps ect.. I take this after I have eaten and it saves my life. Bloating goes down, relaxes my stomach. I will be buying these forever. The tablets are small, good amount in packet for price and they actually work
