Based on my experience: If you take wide size (take same size you wear) If you take normal size (take size up) My regular size is 38 EUR, or 7 USA, or 5 UK, 24-24.5cm First I took 38,5 wide (run big) Then 38 normal (run small and tight) Then 38 wide and finally the right size The return was easy, delivery fast, quality gream, durability will update later
