Not sure why I am being asked this question. As I recall, mine came in a few days. It was a good buy. We hang it from a tree in the garden and bring it inside to keep it dry. The grandchildren have a lot of fun with it. Suggest you direct your question at Amazon or one of their merchants if they are trading via Amazon.
