How many you need to drink to see deference? I'm verry pale skin person 🙄

I drink 1 every time I go.on the beds, I also use tanning creams which they sell in the shop. I've seen a difference and I've also taken then on holiday to ibiza and drank 1 a day and I only used a low factor sunscreen and didnt burn . But everyone tans different.

Take the whole thing. I took mine about an hour before i gl on a sunbed.

Cheap and worth it

You can get these in tanning shops but it works out way cheaper getting these as one. Works out about £1.50 a shot

Fabulous

I have taken 5 bottles so far both using the tanning bed and also sitting outside. My tan has improved immensely. I usually go red, especially on my legs, however I have had 5 sunbed sessions at 6 and 9 minutes and due to lovely weather for a few days I have sat outside. My colour has really increased and I haven't been so brown for years. I am really pleased with these drinks, they taste great
