Jarrow Methyl B-12 Chewable Tablets 500 mg, Vitamin B12 Supplements, 100 Ct

I've been taking this for over a year and my B-12 levels are solid when I have bloodwork. My doctor said to dissolve them under my tongue as that's the most effective way to uptake B-12; apparently stomach acid destroys most of it if you take a pill version. They have a pleasant taste and absorb well as shown on my test results. No stomach issues since you dissolve it before swallowing. Pop one in a day as an easy way to maintain healthy B-12 levels.

I’ve been taking the Jarrow B12 for over 20 years. I went to have my blood tested, and my doctor tested my B12 . when she got the lab work pack, she said I gosh her B12 is better than I’ve ever seen bodies. What are you doing? I told her about the Jarrow supplement, of course being a doctor she tried to discount it, but that was the only explanation for a B12, as high as mine . I asked her if it was Safe and she said yes of course it’s wonderful. I trust Jarrow because I’ve seen it proven on a lab test. I am a registered nurse so that means a lot to me. I trust this brand. And it amazes me how they keep their prices down and produce great products.

Good clean product! Doesn’t take to long to dissolve under tongue. Taste is fine. Feel like after a week/week and half I’m noticing a difference in energy in morning. I take it in morning before I eat. I’ve been on an acid reflux med for a long time so I wanted to give the b12 a try because of the effects on the vitamin absorption because of the ppi med. I’m pretty happy with product so far.

Have been ordering from Swansons. For some reason it was unavailable from them. This dose is exactly what doctor recommended. Have seen noticeable improvement since starting several months ago. Chewable and no bad taste.

I take 5000mcg usually and the description says 500mg so I bought this and was disappointed to discover it’s actually only 500mcg. Suggest to change the description.
