Can I use it on wall paper? Thanks

I wouldn't...I did and when i took picture down the strips wouldn't come off without ripping wallpaper. I had to leave them and cover with a bigger picture! They have also took paint off my wall

What about the stuck on hooks on the back of frames?

I started using them. Works great. Stuck to the wall and the hang the picture to the metal on the front just like a nail.

I think it would depend on the weight of what you will be hanging on the display. I imagine that once loaded it will be a lot heavier and I don't think the command strips would surfice as quite small. I hung quite light pictures. The bigger ones might be better. The writing and drawing on packet giving you instructions is very small and difficult to see as well.

A bit more info would help, stick to a tile or stick a tile on a wall? As the description says “Suitable for most smooth surfaces including painted walls, tiles, metal and wood”
