i didn't get to use this product, so I cannot really comment on quality. I was very keen on the pricing, which would be 500 doses for me. However the warning label that it came with meant I didn't use it. Basically it looks like it can contain every allergen known to man. For me, it was the "possible" sulphites or Sulphur dioxide. sadly. But kudos for the warning label. If you don't have any particular sensitivities I recommend it highly.

I like it. I work out 6 days a week I bought this as it was recommended to help prevent fatigue and reduce muscle soreness. I think it helped in conjunction with other amino acids.

weird texture and tastes different to other brands i have used,i cant prove it but i just less energised with this brand.

I mean it doesn't have negative effects or risks according to google, and it has a plethora of benefits such as "L-Taurine is an amino acid that plays a major role in neurotransmitter regulation, helping to calm and stabilize your mind much like GABA does. ... By slowing down the release of adrenaline, taurine also protects you from the fight-or-flight response and post-stress anxiety." I find myself calmer after using it for a few days, which seems to be the result of the l-taurine. Like all products I've gotten from bulk powder, this one seems to be great quality. Neatly packed, comes with the scoop. Perf honestly.
