Is this product safe to use on the wheels at the base of a patio door where the lubricant may come int9 contact with the uvpc?

It is a lubricating oil which does exactly what it says on the tin. If it gets on the upvc wipe it off before it turns into grease but it shouldn't affect it in any way.

Is this safe for use on plastic gear linkages?

Short answer: I'm not absolutely sure. I've read what it says on the tin and no caution about plastics. There is reference to "Safety Data Sheets" in connection with environmental concerns. It refers to use on Bowden cables as a prime use, and I think many of these now have plastic (Nylon?) linings to the sheath. I have used on uPVC door mechanisms without any problems. That's all I know. Hope it helps.

Is it safe to use on rubber?

It’s a very good lubricating oil but not sure whether it can be used on rubber as I’ve never done that.

Is it good for my Hormann sectional electric garage door.

The main feature of HHS 2000 oil is that it starts off quite runny (to ensure it gets into all crevices) but then it gels so the oil doesn't run off. So it last longer than other oils, more like grease. I've been using it on our Stanley electric doors for at least 30 years, and it's wonderful,
