Great PAYG SIM, quick delivery as always from Amazon. What happens though when you first top up is it puts you on a Big Value Bundle plan, which runs out in 30 days then you have to top up with £10 minimum again. What you need to do is go online at Vodafone and speak to an agent in the online chat. They can quickly change it over to a standard PAYG plan which lasts indefinitely, you just need to use the SIM within 180 days of topping up or you lose your credit and it deactivates.

It's good use for my other mobile phone.

It was easy to activate; however, it was not compatible with the Pay as you go PLUS packages. If you are planning to use those, do not buy this. I went to Vodafone and they told me it's not compatible for some reason, and they gave me a new SIM card.

I live in the UK. Recently my daughter visited me from Oregon and as she was going to travel around Europe we decided to purchase a 30 day package for her iPhone 12 Pro. The Phone was up-to-date with its updates and has plenty of memory. We followed the instructions to the letter. The account was topped up however, calls could not be made and an automated msg announced that her account needed to be topped up. We called Vodafone and they confirmed that the account was set up correctly and that it was topped up. We did note that when the phone number (the one supplied with the SIM) was entered into the app. it was not accepted. This was reported to Vodafone. Eventually, after two days of talking to various representatives we spoke to one lady, with a profoundly strong accent (i.e very difficult to understand, requiring several repeats) that a "bar" or "hold" had been placed on the SIM, though no fault of our own, and calls would not be possible for a further 24 to 48 hours. They would not return the top-up claiming that although calls could not be made, calls could be received and the phone could receive data and text messaging would work. This is not remotely acceptable as my only daughter is now without a means of calling. Needless to say, this is no way to run a business, and certainly no way to treat your customers. I cannot recommend doing business with Vodafone or any of its subsidiaries.

Simply inserted into my unlocked phone, flew to the UK. I had loaded 20.00 UKP on to my online Vodafone account which I had created prior to travel and made calls in the UK when taxing to the gate on landing. Found costs to be very reasonable compared to T-Mobile UK. AT&T charge $10.00 day fixed each day you use your US phone for any call in the UK or to USA. I was there for three weeks and topped up Vodafone 30.00 UKP in all. I had emailed the number to a list of potential and regular UK contacts. All very very good value and super simple. Purchased the SIM on AMAZON two days before my departure.
