A great piece of kit, well built and works great.

Well what can say say about this digger!? It's a really good bit of kit! I bought this for my nephew's birthday, and all was going really good until we found the bucket on the digger wouldn't work! Everthing thing else was working perfect and it would make the noise when you press the controller but that bucket would not move. I thought, here we go! Was about to email the sellers, and noticed they had already emailed me asking how i was getting on with it. So after a couple of emails and i explained what the problem was, Rebecca (the lady from Top Race) emailed me to say that she would organise a replacement. The next day i recieved the new one and all is perfect! Works really well, does what it says it does and it's well made and a strong bit of kit. We had it tip over a few times and still goes on. So i cannot complain about anything really. I Would recommend this to anyone else who was thinking about buying this.

When I ordered this it was delivers within three days, alot faster than the 2 weeks I was told. It was missing the battery and charger. I contacted Amazon about it and they gave me a full refund and told me I could keep the excavator. I used the refund money to buy a battery for it and now it's up and running. This product is most definitely a toy and not hobby grade but for the price when on sale (£45) it's not bad. The metal bucket is great and all other parts are plastic. Feels cheap but it's as expected. It has very little digging power and is really only suitable for dry sand. It won't dig wet sand more than a few mm deep at a time. All the buttons are on/off switches meaning you can not get precise control from digging or rotating. There is no safety cut when each movement reaches it's maximum length resulting in a horrendous clicking noise when the gears try to go further than they can. This will cause the gears to break eventually. For the price, it's pretty good. And I would recommend. Why did you choose this product over others?: Value for money

Bought in 2022 (Just over 3 years ago) and still going well, good build quality, played inside and outside in wet, mud and sand and whilst it doesn’t pick up heavy things (at a guess maybe 250g ish max 🤷🏼‍♂️) it is about right for kids. We bought a bag of kitty litter which if you’ve got a hard floor is ideal for inside play as pretend rubble. Batteries that came with it last a couple of hours so bought a spare set so can charge one up while still playing but that was by choice/preference rather than necessity and common fit so easy to find on Amazon. Bought the excavator and dump truck which are a great combo. Light enough for kids to carry around, been dropped, kicked, piled in the toy box and no damage or breakages, tough and durable for both the digger and truck. Recommended. 🙂

Wonderful 'toy' digger. The functionality is great and the strong metal bucket is impressive. The sounds are annoyingly loud but can be turned off. Our 3 1/2 yr old mastered the controls in a couple of sessions and has a lot of fun with it while the battery lasts - about 30 mins. We've ordered a couple of spare battery packs from the seller (easily organised by sending them a message on Amazon) to stop the frustration when the battery runs out. Christmas warning: the remote handset takes AA batteries (not supplied) but the digger itself has a special battery pack that needs charging (via a USB port) for 4 hours before use - imagine the tantrum when we told him that; not something you would need on Christmas Day so best charge them in advance.

What a fantastic birthday present for our Grandson, this excavator is very well made and sturdy, hours of fun ahead for a very happy lad, it’s the most realistic ALL parts moving toy for the price.

I might have know i`de end up with model that refuses to work, at a glance and then a closer look this digger the TR - 211 is great ? That alas is all so far that`s good about it............ i followed the enclosed instruction book to the letter including page 3 ( pairing the device to transmitter frequency ) it sounds so simple and it is but 9 times out of 10 the digger refuses to do anything............. does the company who make this digger ever check to see if they work before leaving the factory ?........... So AMAZON what do you intend to do to sort out the problem with this product... pronto or i want my money back please all £ 72 - 75p so to all potential purchases of this product ........ don`t touch it until the company who make it sorts out the problem ... you have been warned. UPDATE 28th January 2019 Thank you AMAZON UK for your quick reply to my complaint and the replacement part ie handset and battery the digger now functions 100% ..... what a great toy.......... for other people who purchase from AMAZON UK the after sale`s service in my case was top notch.

It was really difficult to find where to insert the battery - the instruction points to a completely incorrect location. And you will need to get it out every time you want to charge it and use flimsy USB cable for that. The remote control is generic and it feels like all functions are randomly assigned to buttons and joysticks - very unintuitive and difficult to control at least at first.

When my friend suggested that I get something that is Remote Control that is good quality I didn't have any ideas on what to get. I remembered that as a child, I always wanted an RC Excavator. This was my idea, so I jumped on the internet and searched up 'rc excavator'. I came across this Top Race one. I had no idea which brands were good or bad, so I bookmarked this excavator and kept looking. After looking at multiple brands, such as Vatos and Huina, I decided to watch some videos and read some reviews. The cheaper Huina excavators had poor reviews and the Vatos excavator had a smaller scale and that would mean it would have worse power. I tried to find some videos on the TR-211 (which I struggled to) and found a few. After I watched them I decided it was a pretty...decent...excavator. So I jumped back onto Amazon and ordered one. I was mind blown to see that my excavator arrived 10 days early. This was the first thing that impressed me. I unpacked it and plugged up the battery. finding out that it comes charged a little bit. I messed around with the controls and it started beeping and the lights and sounds turned on, so I figured it was low on charge. I plugged it in and it took less than the advertised amount of time to charge (says 4 hours, took 2 1/2 hours). This was another thing that I was impressed with. After I charged it, I went outside and my mind changed about the whole thing. After I started digging some dirt, my opinion on it went from decent to absolutely extraordinary. It has some great power, and I dug a hole that was about 30cm x 28cm x 5-7cm. I had the most fun I've had in a long time, and it lasted me around 1 hour 20 minutes (battery life depends on how much work you're doing). Ever since I got it I have been using it outside everyday...I haven't touched my consoles or laptop or phone for 4 days. Overall, this was one of the best things I've ever bought, and now I'm recommending the same excavator to my friend that suggested it in the first place, and I also recommend that people reading this also buy it. Amazing and very reliable product!

Geiles Teil. Fahre/baggern jeden tag seit dem er angekommen ist 4 Stunden. Bin froh diesen bagger gekauft zu haben. Fährt sich sehr gut und baggern wie ein grosser. Am besten eignet sich hierfür Blumenerde. Für die was schreiben er geht nicht mehr... Dass dachte ich zu Beginn auch bin nur an den bewegungs Speicher Knopf angekommen. Zu der rutsch Kupplung... Da die Schaufel Metall ist, ist diese auch recht schwer bei leerer Schaufel und voll ausgestreckten arm neigt sich der bagger weg was zu einer leichten querstellung von bagger Oberteil zu den ketten Unterbau daher rutscht er hier gerne mal durch. Wenn dir Schaufel nicht ganz ausgefahren ist funktioniert es ohne Probleme! Da mein Schwiegervater Geburtstag hatte und er genauso auf bagger steht wie ich haben wir ihm auch einen bestellt. Schwiegervater und ich (31jahre) sind voll auf begeistert! Von daher verstehe ich einige schlechte Bewertungen hier gar nicht. Bedinungsfehler sind die eigene schuld und ich würde den bagger sofort weiter empfehlen! Werde auf jedenfall weiter Filmen und ins Net stellen. Der Akku ist sehr Leistungsfähigkeit fähig, ich baggern mit einer Akku Ladung fast 2 Stunden durch! Echt bewundernswert. Zudem sind die 700mah 7,2v Akkus in rc Fahrzeugen verbaut die meist 600 Euro aufwärts kosten. FAZIT geiler bagger mit sehr langem durchhalte Vermögen. An die rutsch Kupplungen muss man sich gewöhnen aber für den preis echt ein Hammer Teil.

I have ordered top races Tr - 211 excavator ang got a plastic one which is of no quality. Also which have a detailed usage step that it should not use in any kind of sand oru clay......then why should i ordered it.

Es de buenísimo material, resistente y más fuerte de lo que esperaba de una réplica. Es un poco lento (pero es lo que se espera de una excavadora) y la batería no dura mucho, especialmente si lo usas muy a menudo.
